Year 1 Post Box Visit

Our Year 1 pupils enjoyed a lovely local visit as part of their learning when they walked to the post box to post their letters! 📮✉️

The children talked about the purpose of a post box, learned how letters are collected and delivered, and carefully took turns posting their envelopes. There was lots of excitement as each child dropped their letter into the post box, making real-life links to their classroom learning.

It was a simple but memorable experience that helped bring the topic to life and showed Year 1 how everyday places play an important role in our community.
