Maths Ambassadors 2024/2025

Here at Dairy Meadow we are proud in letting children take the lead in their learning! As Seneca said, "As we teach, we learn". 

With this in mind, Mrs Benson has trained up a team of Year 6 maths specialists, affectionately known as the Maths Ambassadors. They meet weekly with members of staff in other year groups to find out what will be taught in Maths that week. From here, they design their own mini intervention programmes to support their junior peers. 

Not only is this empowering for our Year 6's, it provides vital support for children who might need it.
