Miss Steadman has kindly collected information and images from all the amazing Science work that has been happening around Dairy Meadow.

Our Dairy Meadow Scientist have had great fun experimenting and investigating during our spring term topics. Our carefully constructed learning nurtures the children's curiosity as well as teaches essential skills, including enquiry, observation, prediction, analysis, reasoning and explanation. Watch out for an update at the end of the summer term!

Have a little flick through the newsletter below and see if you can see the examples of: biology, chemistry and physics in our Science curriculum.

2024/2025 Summer Learning.

This term, Miss Steadman has been busy collating science learning across the school. It’s been wonderful to see such a wide range of engaging activities and investigations taking place in every year group. From hands-on experiments to thoughtful discussions and creative projects, the enthusiasm for science has been clear to see.

Pupils have shown great curiosity and a real eagerness to explore the world around them, and it’s been inspiring to witness their scientific thinking develop. A huge well done to all the children for their hard work, and a big thank you to the staff for fostering such a positive and exciting learning environment.

Great to see so much hard work and enthusiasm towards science!
