Building Future London Careers Day

On Thursday 29th September 2022, Key Stage 2 had the luxury of a facilitated showcase from Primary Futures to gain an insight into the world of construction. Considering all the building work in our local area (GWQ, redevelopment of Southall Station, HS2) our children had the chance to further deepen their knowledge of the building industry and learn more about potential employment opportunities. 

A big Dairy Meadow 'thank you!' to Jude Waites and Lisa Carey for facilitating. Our guest list included:

Asif - Senior Investment Programme Manager at Cadent – Managing how to best spend the money we have available, on things to keep our gas flowing.

Archana - Associate Director at BNP Paribas – Looking after small and bigger buildings in the city.

Justine - Project Manager at Cast Consulancy – Looking after all the people involved to make sure a project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the right quality.

At Dairy Meadow we are serious about providing our children with a bespoke careers curriculum that ensure they see no barriers to future employment.
