Friday 15 May 2026 Nursery chicks have hatched! Nursery chicks have hatched! Our little chicks have burst out of their eggs and into the world, and the whole school is buzzing like a tiny feathered disco. The children have been learning about chicks, their lifecycles, and how amazing it is that something so small can grow into a real bird right before our eyes.

Friday 15 May 2026 Year 3 visited Paradise Fields Year 3 visited Paradise Fields as part of our learning at Dairy Meadow Primary & Nursery. Children explored the site with curiosity and enthusiasm, learning how the natural world supports healthy habitats and why conservation matters. Staff supported pupils to ask thoughtful questions and make careful observations, linking what they saw to classroom learning.

Friday 15 May 2026 Year 1 visit to Westminster. From the chopping and changing of trains and walking from one location to another, Year 1 had an amazing time exploring the landmarks of Westminster! Tuesday 12th May will definitely live long in the memory of our young Londoners!

We were delighted to welcome the inspiring author and poet Jaspreet Kaur to our school for a very special visit. Jaspreet is an award-winning spoken word artist, writer and former teacher who has worked with schools across the UK to share the power of storytelling and poetry.
